talker, aka singer-songwriter Celeste Tauchar, has just dropped a dazzling yet heartbreaking single, “Strangers,” ahead of the release of her new album. Runaway Jane is due out on July 31 and features singles “Truck,” “Happy Birthday,” and “Gold Rush.”
The new single sees talker at her most vulnerable, and you do not want to miss this new record release.
The artist explains, “There are a lot of reasons that two people can become strangers. Often, time just pulls people in different directions, there’s too much distance, or you just grow apart.”
She adds, “This song is about what happens when you want to stay close to someone so badly, but the energy it takes to get through to them is more like a dying star than a spark.”
