Julia Wolf just teamed up with Sleeping With Sirens‘ Kellin Quinn, and their new collab “lamb,” is a must-add to your autumn playlists with its undeniably moody atmosphere and haunting storytelling.
Sharing more of the crossover, Wolf says, “After listening to Kellin’s music for so long, and always feeling inspired by his voice and the sonic world he’s built, I was honored to have him be part of ‘lamb’ in only the most fitting setting…a Portland studio covered in clouds and rain. No one else could have brought what he did to the song!”
Wolf delicately sings, “Why do you bother/Holding me softer than water/I didn’t mean to be picked for the slaughter/But a lamb is a lamb.”
The track is accompanied with the release of a uniquely animated music video, crafted by motion sesigner and VFX artist Dylan Oscroft.
