Dead Poet Society just revealed one last look into their forthcoming album, Monarch, due out on October 2, via Spinefarm. Preceded by “Cold,” “Roach,” and “Sinner Systems,” the new song “Miami For The Weekend” is the scorching indie-laced modern rock that will keep the summer energy flowing well into the fall.
Of the upcoming album, frontman Jack Underkofler says, “We wanted to carve out our own piece of territory. I just wanted to swing for the fences with this one. All the things I felt made us, I wanted to see how much deeper I could go with them and try to boil down the essence of the feeling that makes Dead Poet Society who we are.”
